ADRIÁN SANJUR R., has been a partner of the firm since 2012, where he provides advice to national and international companies dedicated to construction, technology, services, among others, in everything related to public procurement and government contracts. He also provides advice to clients regarding litigious and non-litigious labor disputes, employment contracts and general labor law inquiries.
He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Political Science from Universidad Santa María La Antigua (2012) and later an LLM from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, Chicago (2014). He also has a master’s degree in Labor Law from the Universidad Santa María La Antigua (2020).
He has participated as a collaborator in the reforms to Law 22 of June 27, 2006 presented in 2017 as well as the reforms introduced in 2019 under the mandate of President Laurentino Cortizo.
He is a member of the National Bar Association and the Panamanian Academy of Administrative Law.
